At Thames Care we provide home care to the elderly, the physically disabled or neurologically impaired.
Thames Care also offer a Live-in Care Service, where our care assistant lives with you and provides all the assistance that may be necessary, giving you the added reassurance that there is someone available throughout the night too, please gind details under the Care Service tab above.
